Here are the plans of World Laughter Master Belachew Girma for this year's laughter for peace celebrations in Addis Ababa.
WLM Belachew is inviting people from around the world to build together a vision for peace through laughter for the next generations.
There are two key dates:
- 30th October – World Laughter Pledge international conference
- 31st October – Ethiopia National Laughter Day, bringing together thousands of schoolchildren and community leaders to celebrate laughter.
There is then a laughter tour of southern Ethiopia.

- Arrive 29th October in Addis Ababa.
- Program in Addis Ababa 30-31st October.
- Tour of southern Ethiopia with laughter graduates of WLM Belachew 1-8 November.
- Depart on 9th November.
Cost: US Dollars 1700, includes
- Transport from airport to hotel in Addis Ababa. Hotel in Addis on 29th, 30th, 31st (possibly shared room).
- Conference day with lunch.
- Laughter tour.
- Transport to the airport on 9th November.
ADDIS ABABA ONLY
Arrive 29th October in Addis Ababa. Program in Addis Ababa 30-31st October.
